In Denim Of The Moon

With the given theme „Denim on Denim“ as part of a project with the AMD Munich, this work is an homage to the 90s manga/anime "Sailor Moon". The puffed sleeves and pleated skirt represent key looks of the theme, whereas the parting of skirt and jeans are supposed to show the characters duality and versatility. As a big influence in fashion and throughout the whole world, the character of "Sailor Moon" conveys a variety of messages: you don't have to lose your femininity to be powerful / you can lead an ordinary life and do extraordinary things.
